CANCELLATION, REFUND & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY

By placing an order with MontanaTags.com, submitting payment information, and receiving an order confirmation/order number, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Cancellation, Refund & Payment Dispute Policy.

1. AUTHORIZATION TO BEGIN SERVICES

Submission of an order and payment constitutes the customer’s express authorization for MontanaTags.com to immediately begin performing the services purchased.

For any package that includes formation of a Montana limited liability company (“LLC”), payment authorizes MontanaTags.com to prepare and file the LLC with the Montana Secretary of State without further notice or approval.

Customers who do not want immediate processing or filing should not complete checkout.

2. CANCELLATION BEFORE LLC FORMATION

A customer may request cancellation before the LLC has been filed with the Montana Secretary of State.

If the LLC has not yet been submitted for filing and no non-recoverable third-party costs have been incurred, a refund may be issued.

Cancellation is only effective once confirmed by MontanaTags.com. Submission of a request does not guarantee cancellation if processing has already begun.

3. CANCELLATION AFTER LLC FORMATION

Once an LLC has been filed with the Montana Secretary of State, the LLC formation service is fully performed and non-refundable.

The customer acknowledges that LLC formation results in the creation of a legal entity and constitutes completion of a core service.

No refund will be issued due to:

    ●    Change of mind
    ●    Failure to use the LLC
    ●    Sale or loss of the associated asset
    ●    Decision to register elsewhere
    ●    Missing or delayed documentation
    ●    Incomplete customer action or cooperation
    ●    Any post-formation business decision

4. VEHICLE, VESSEL, AIRCRAFT & REGISTRATION SERVICES

Registration services are non-refundable once submitted to or processed by the applicable government agency, including but not limited to the Montana Motor Vehicle Division or other relevant state departments.

Once a registration, title, or official record has been issued or completed, that service is fully earned and non-refundable.

Government fees, taxes, filing costs, shipping charges, and third-party expenses are non-recoverable once paid.

All purchases are final after seven (7) calendar days from the original order date.

After this period:

    ●    No refunds will be issued for any reason
    ●    All payments are deemed fully earned for administrative processing and service allocation
    ●    Services may continue or be completed regardless of customer request

At the sole discretion of MontanaTags.com, a non-refundable store credit may be issued instead of a refund. Store credit:

    ●    Has no cash value
    ●    Is non-transferable unless approved in writing
    ●    May only be used for future services

5. SEVEN-DAY FINAL SALE POLICY

All sales are final seven (7) calendar days after purchase unless otherwise required by law.

This policy does not extend or override earlier completion of services, including LLC formation or government filings.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES & DELAYS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely documentation required to perform services, including but not limited to:

    ●    Titles and ownership documents
    ●    Bills of sale
    ●    Identification
    ●    Forms and signatures
    ●    Supporting registration materials

Delays caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect customer information do not constitute failure of service and do not qualify for refunds.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CONSENT

Order confirmation and payment receipt constitute authorization to begin services.

For LLC-related orders, the customer expressly authorizes immediate filing with the Montana Secretary of State.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact MontanaTags.com first to resolve any billing or service issue before initiating a chargeback.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable law or card network rules.

However, chargebacks do not override this agreement or negate liability for services that were:

    ●    Authorized
    ●    Initiated
    ●    Filed
    ●    Completed
    ●    Or otherwise performed

If a dispute is filed, MontanaTags.com may submit documentation to the payment processor, bank, or card network, including:

    ●    Order records and receipts
    ●    Customer authorization and checkout logs
    ●    Filing confirmations
    ●    Government records
    ●    Communications and support history
    ●    Submitted documents
    ●    Proof of service performance and costs incurred

All purchases are final after seven (7) calendar days from the original order date.

After this period:

    ●    No refunds will be issued for any reason
    ●    All payments are deemed fully earned for administrative processing and service allocation
    ●    Services may continue or be completed regardless of customer request

9. DISPUTED OR FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

If a dispute appears to involve materially false or misleading claims, MontanaTags.com reserves the right to provide supporting documentation to financial institutions and pursue recovery of legitimately owed amounts in accordance with applicable law.

This section is not intended to discourage legitimate dispute rights.

10. PARTIALLY COMPLETED SERVICES

Orders containing multiple services may be partially completed and treated separately and will be considered for IN-HOUSE ACCOUNT CREDIT ONLY, NOT REFUNDS whatsoever.

Any in-house account credit consideration will be based on:

    ●    Work already performed
    ●    Government or third-party fees incurred
    ●    Processing status
    ●    Service completion stage

11. COMPLETED SERVICES

All completed services are fully earned and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing checkout, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy and authorize immediate commencement of services.

DO NOT COMPLETE CHECKOUT UNLESS YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOUR ORDER MAY BEGIN PROCESSING IMMEDIATELY AND LLC FILINGS MAY OCCUR WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
